Seaview Marina

Seaview Marina needed a fresh, modern identity to set them apart from the other marinas in the Wellington area and take their brand into the future – when they develop into a larger, even more comprehensive operation.

At the time, Seaview had a small budget, so their identity had to work hard for them. We decided on one colour for economy and maximum impact.

A feeling of movement is created with the waves (they actually move on the website) and the identity is anchored with strong type. It sails between masculine and feminine so should appeal to both sexes and be inviting and friendly without being cute. To enhance the concept the business cards were printed on plastic, so they don’t get wet onboard.
