Tracy O’Halloran

Tracy O’Halloran – Copywriter & Creative

Tracy has 21 years experience in both advertising and direct marketing. Her work has been as varied and diverse as creating a character to deliver tax changes to New Zealanders (she called him ‘Bob’ and he was a huge success), to script writing with Philip Patson (a comedian with cerebral palsy) to raise funds for the charity CCS.

Tracy trained at the revered Watford School of Copywriting, worked in London agencies for 10 years, travelled the world and eventually found her way to Wellington where she worked as a senior copywriter for Goldsack Harris Thompson and Clemenger BBDO before returning to agency life in London. She came home to NZ in September 2003 where she’s divided her time between copywriting, studying nutrition and raising two beautiful children.

Tracy’s work has won advertising agencies countless clients, kept her mantle piece full of awards and led to her being headhunted numerous times.
